ClimaHome ("we", "us") operates climahome.co.uk. You can reach us at hello@climahome.co.uk for any question about your data.

What we collect right now

At this stage we only collect the email address you give us to join the launch waitlist, plus basic, non-identifying analytics about how the page is used.

What we will collect at launch

When the ClimaHome Check goes live, and only if you choose to use it, we will collect the details you enter about your property, the photos you upload, and your contact details so a vetted installer can arrange a survey.

Why we hold it

We rely on your consent. Joining the waitlist means you are happy for us to email you about the launch. You can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link or by emailing us.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. At launch, if you book a survey, we share the relevant details with the single installer matched to your job so they can carry out that survey. We use trusted service providers (for example, hosting and email delivery) who process data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist emails until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Other data is kept only as long as needed for the service and any legal obligations.

Your rights

• Ask for a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct or delete it.
• Withdraw consent and unsubscribe at any time.
