About these terms

These terms cover your use of climahome.co.uk, operated by ClimaHome ("we", "us"). By joining the waitlist or using the site you agree to them. Questions go to hello@climahome.co.uk.

What ClimaHome does

ClimaHome helps homeowners understand heating and cooling options and, at launch, introduces you to a vetted installer who can carry out a survey. We are an introducer. We do not carry out installations ourselves, and the installer you meet is responsible for their own survey, quote, and work.

Right now

Today the site collects a waitlist email so we can let you know when the ClimaHome Check opens. Nothing else is on sale yet, and no survey can be booked until launch.

Assessments and price bands

When the ClimaHome Check goes live, any figure or price band it shows is an early indication based on the details and photos you provide. It is not a quote and not a survey. The final scope and price come from the installer after they visit your property.

Grants

Where we mention a grant, we describe whether a property meets the criteria. We do not promise a grant, an amount, or a claim date. An install started before the correct grant step can lose the grant, so please read any warning we show before you go ahead.

How we make money

Installers pay us a set fee when a job we introduced completes. You do not pay ClimaHome for the Check. Our commission disclosure will sit at how we make money at launch.

Fair use

• Give accurate details about your property.
• Use the site for your own genuine enquiry.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, copy, or misuse the service.

Liability

We take care with the site and our introductions, but we cannot control an installer's work or guarantee an outcome. Nothing here limits any right you have under law that cannot be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service develops. The current version always lives on this page.
