ClimaHome for installers · Essex

We do the surveying. You do the installing.

ClimaHome sends surveyed, qualified jobs to vetted air conditioning firms. By the time a customer reaches you, they have told us their rooms, sizes, tenure and heating, we have checked planning flags against their address, and they have seen and accepted a realistic price band. You quote in your own name, at your own price.

How it works

Four steps, and the first two happen before you hear about the job

01

The customer completes the ClimaHome Check

Rooms and approximate sizes, tenure, current heating type, budget band and timeframe. Planning flags such as conservation areas, listed status and Article 4 directions are checked against their address automatically.

02

They see a realistic price band and accept it

Before you hear about the job, the customer has already seen a price band and chosen to go ahead. The awkward budget conversation has happened without you in the room.

03

You get a one-page job pack

Everything we know about the property, every line labelled with how we know it, photos when the customer added them, and complications flagged before you drive anywhere.

04

You survey, quote and install under your own name

Your firm, your quote, your price, your relationship with the customer. Win the job and you pay us a set fee agreed up front. Lose it and you pay nothing.

Every job we spec is a reversible air-to-air heat pump, heating and cooling from the same unit, so the work does not vanish when the summer does.

The job pack

One page, and every line tells you how we know

Most lead sellers hand you whatever the customer typed and let you find out the rest on the doorstep. We label every line of the pack with its provenance, so you know exactly which facts are verified and which need checking before you commit a morning to the drive.

VERIFIED

Confirmed against an official record, such as the EPC register or planning data for the address, or confirmed by a photo.

REPORTED

The customer told us and we have no reason to doubt it, but no record or photo confirms it. Treat it as a claim, not a fact.

UNKNOWN

We could not establish it either way. The pack says so plainly and tells you to check it on site.

What the pack covers

  • Rooms, approximate sizes and what the customer wants each one to do
  • Tenure and current heating type
  • Planning flags checked against the address, not guessed from the postcode
  • Photos of the rooms and likely unit positions, when the customer added them
  • Flagged complications, such as an old fuse board, a long pipe run or a conservation area
  • The budget band the customer has already seen and accepted, and their timeframe

The commercial terms

The fee, plainly

A set fee per completed job type, agreed up front

You know the number before your first job, in writing. It is payable only on jobs you win, so a quote that goes nowhere costs you nothing.

Priced into your quote

The fee is a known cost per job type, so you build it into your price like any other cost. It does not come out of your margin unless you choose to let it.

Your first attended appointment is free

The first survey you attend through us costs nothing, whatever happens with the quote. Trying us carries no risk beyond the drive.

No contracts, no minimums, no exclusivity

You are not tied in and you owe us no volume. Keep your own lead sources, keep your own customers, stop whenever you like.

Your name on the job, not ours

We are an introducer, not a brand that swallows you. The customer knows they are dealing with your firm, and the review, the relationship and any repeat work are yours.

What we ask in return

Certified, insured, reliable

We check F-gas certification and insurance before any job is sent, without exception. Customers trust the ClimaHome Check because every firm behind it has been vetted, and that only stays true if we actually do the vetting.

The other requirement is reliability. Turn up when you said you would, quote when you said you would, and treat the customer the way you would want your own mum treated. Firms that let customers down stop receiving work. That is the whole rulebook, and we mean it.

Where we are right now

We are at the start, and that is the offer

ClimaHome is launching now. We are building our first bench of installers in Essex, and we will not pretend otherwise: there is no established network yet and no queue of jobs waiting in an inbox. What there is, is a working assessment product, a founder on the phone, and a patch that has not been carved up.

Joining early means first pick of the postcodes you want, a direct say in how the job pack and the fees are shaped while they are still being shaped, and no crowd of other firms in front of you when the jobs start flowing. The firms that come in now are the ones we build this around.

Questions

The questions a sceptic should ask

How is this different from buying leads?
A lead is a phone number and a hope. By the time a job reaches you through ClimaHome, the customer has completed a structured survey of their home, had planning flags checked against their address, and seen and accepted a realistic price band. You pay nothing to receive the job and nothing if you quote and lose. The fee exists only on jobs you win.
Do you take a percentage of my quote or set my price?
No. The fee is a fixed amount per job type, agreed with you up front, and you price your quote however you see fit. We never see a reason to be inside your margin and we are not.
What if I turn up and the job is not as described?
Every line of the job pack is labelled VERIFIED, REPORTED or UNKNOWN, so before you drive you know exactly which facts are confirmed and which to check on site. We never present a customer-stated fact as a verified one. If a pack is wrong, tell us, because the labels only mean something if we keep them honest.
Am I tied into anything?
No. No contracts, no minimums, no exclusivity. Your first attended appointment is free, and after that you pay the agreed fee only on jobs you win.
What do you need from me to start?
F-gas certification, current insurance documents, the postcodes you cover, and a phone call. We check certification and insurance before any job is sent, so having the documents to hand speeds things up.

On the phone with us already? This is the button.

Email us with your firm name and the postcodes you cover, and the founder will call you back. Have your F-gas certificate and insurance documents somewhere findable and you could be on the bench this week.
